🛑 Black and Healing Merch — No Refund / No Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Black and Healing Merch operates on a No Refund / No Return basis.  
Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept:

- Returns  
- Refund requests  
- Exchanges  
- Order cancellations  

This includes situations such as:

- Wrong size ordered  
- Wrong color or design selected  
- Change of mind  
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Delays caused by shipping carriers

2. Order Issues Caused by Black and Healing Merch
We will correct verified production errors, including:

- Wrong item received  
- Damaged or defective items  
- Incorrect print or design error  

To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Order number  
- Clear photos of the issue  
- Unused, unworn item  

If approved, we will issue a replacement only.  
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Black and Healing Merch is not responsible for:

- Lost packages  
- Stolen packages  
- Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer  

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge will result in:

- Submission of all order records, tracking, and communication to the payment processor  
- Potential ban from future purchases  
- Fraud report filings when applicable  

We protect our small business from fraudulent activity.
