At Black and Healing Merch, we operate as a print-on-demand (POD) business. This means we do not
maintain a pre-made inventory. Every single item in our store is custom-produced at the time your
order is placed — printed, prepared, and quality-checked specifically for you.
Because each order is made to order, there may be slightly longer lead times than
traditional retail. We ask for your patience, and we promise the wait is worth it. Please read this
Shipping Policy carefully so that you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your
order to the moment it arrives at your door.
2. Order Processing Times
Once your order is confirmed, our team and fulfillment partner begin preparing your order for
production. Please allow the following processing window before your item ships:
● Standard Processing Window: 2–5 business days after order confirmation
● Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
● Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available day

● Processing time is separate from and in addition to your shipping/transit time
Peak Period Notice
During high-volume periods — including major holidays, new product releases, and promotional
sales events — processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days. We
appreciate your patience during these times and will do our best to keep you informed.
3. Production Timelines
Because Black and Healing Merch is a print-on-demand business, each item goes through an individual
production process — it is printed, assembled, and quality-inspected before it is ever packaged and
shipped. This is what ensures you receive a product made with care and intention.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. All estimated delivery windows below begin after
Production and fulfillment are complete — they are transit times only and do not include production

Important Delivery Estimate
Total estimated time from order placement to delivery (Standard Domestic): 10–18 business
days. This includes both production time and shipping transit time. Selecting an expedited or
express shipping method reduces transit time but does not reduce production time.
5. Shipping Carriers
Black and Healing Merch works with trusted national carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Our primary carriers include:
● USPS (United States Postal Service)
● UPS
● FedEx
Carrier selection is made by our fulfillment partner based on your destination, product weight, package
dimensions, and carrier availability. The carrier used may vary from order to order.
Special Delivery Addresses
● PO Boxes: Deliverable via USPS only. Please note that not all products may be eligible for
delivery to a PO Box due to size or weight restrictions.
● APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Supported via USPS where available. Please be aware that
military address deliveries may have significantly extended delivery times.
6. Order Tracking
We know how exciting it is to wait for something made just for you. Here's how to keep tabs on your
order:
● A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped
● A tracking link is included in your shipment confirmation email for easy access
● Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to
populate and update in the carrier's system
● You can track your shipment at any time by visiting the carrier's website and entering your
tracking number
● If your tracking information has not updated within 5 or more business days, please contact our
customer support team for assistance
7. International Shipping
Black and Healing Merch is proud to share our mission globally. We offer international shipping to select
countries around the world.

Important Notes for International Orders
● Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for any customs fees,
import duties or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the
purchase price or shipping cost, and are non-refundable.
● Black and Healing Merch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the
destination country.
● Some countries and regions may be restricted from receiving shipments. If you are unsure

● International tracking is provided, but tracking updates may be limited or delayed once a
package departs the United States.
8. Shipping Rates
● Domestic Rates: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery
destination
● Free Standard Shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — please check our website or
current promotions for eligibility details
● International Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination country and package
specifications
● Expedited and Express Shipping Rates: Displayed at checkout when those options are selected
All shipping costs will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden
shipping fees.
9. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Accurate address information is critical to ensuring your order reaches you. Please review your shipping
address carefully before completing your purchase.
● The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
● Black and Healing Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided
by the customer
● If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery
attempts, or refusal), the customer will be contacted. Reshipping fees may apply.
● Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you notice an error
immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away at
hello@blackandhealing.com — we will do our very best to assist you.
10. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure every order is fulfilled and shipped on time, some delays are outside of
our control. Black and Healing Merch is not responsible for delays caused by:
● Carrier-side operational delays or service disruptions
● Severe weather events, natural disasters, or other acts of nature
● Peak holiday seasons (particularly November through January), major sales events, or new
product launch periods
● COVID-19 impacts, supply chain disruptions, or other external circumstances
● Customs processing (for international orders)
When to Contact Us About a Delayed Order
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment (domestic) or 45 days of shipment
(international), Please contact our customer support team at hello@blackandhealing.com, and we
will investigate on your behalf.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please take the

Please Note
Black and Healing Merch is not liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the
carrier, nor for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We will, however, always
do our best to support you and advocate on your behalf with the carrier.
12. Damaged Items in Transit
We take the quality of every order seriously. If your item arrives damaged as a result of shipping, we
want to make it right.
● Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a damaged item
● Please include the following in your message:
○ Your order number
○ Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
○ Photos of the packaging and any visible shipping damage
● Upon confirmation of shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement or
refund at no additional cost to you
We appreciate your prompt reporting — timely documentation helps us resolve your case quickly and
efficiently.
13. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
Because all products are made to order, Black and Healing Merch follows a limited returns and
exchanges policy. Please review the following carefully:
● General returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged in
transit, or the result of a production error
● Shipping-related issues — including wrong items received, missing items, or items damaged in transit
transit — will be resolved with a replacement or full refund
● All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery
● Do not return any item without first contacting customer support. Unauthorized returns
cannot be processed and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a direct result
of our error (wrong item shipped, production defect, etc.)
14. Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. Here is what you need to know about cancelling an order:
● Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun
● Once an order has entered the production queue, it cannot be cancelled, as the item is being
custom-made specifically for you
● If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@blackandhealing.com with
your order number and "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject line
